Supportive Housing
Our Supportive Housing program provides stable, long-term housing solutions for individuals experiencing homelessness. Through our Global Leasing Model, we work directly with landlords to secure units and make the housing process accessible for people who are often overlooked. This approach allows clients to rebuild their lives with stability, dignity, and consistent support.
How This Program Works
We help clients access safe housing through a structured and supportive leasing system:
- We lease units directly from trusted landlords across Washington State
- We sublease these homes to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness We provide ongoing case management and support services to help clients remain stable

- We maintain communication with landlords to ensure accountability and smooth tenancy
- We assist clients with planning, budgeting, and long-term housing goals

Our Housing Stabilization Support program helps individuals and families search for housing, understand available options, and complete the steps needed to secure a safe home. We offer practical guidance that makes the housing process less overwhelming and more achievable for people facing financial or housing-related challenges.
What We Provide
This program focuses on long-term stability through hands-on coaching and support:
- Assistance finding affordable and appropriate housing options
- Help completing rental applications and gathering required documents
- Coaching on household budgeting and financial planning
- Support accessing benefits and community resources
- Guidance on communicating with property managers and landlords
- Ongoing check-ins to support clients after placement
Community Outreach
Outreach & Navigation
Our Outreach and Community Support program connects individuals to the services they need to stabilize their lives. We engage with people where they are, offer guidance, and link them to trusted providers across Washington State. This program ensures that individuals facing homelessness or instability receive the right resources at the right time.
Services and Referrals
We help clients access essential resources by providing:
- Navigation support for community programs and services
- Referrals to mental health providers
- Referrals to employment assistance and job training
- Connections to healthcare and wellness support
- Information on food, transportation, and emergency resources
- Short-term guidance that helps people move toward long-term stability
